I Create Experiences That Users
Want To Be Part Of
I’ve been creating innovative experiences for over 5 years when the web had just started transitioning to responsive designs and phone screens were well below 7 inches. How times have changed! As of today, I have designed experiences for all types of devices. From desktops and laptops, to tablets and phones, and the occasional watch. I’m hoping to foray into VR and MR in the near future too. Exciting stuff!
Since I started my journey designing user experiences, I’ve strived to deliver research-backed, data-driven, user-tested designs for businesses of all sizes. I’ve had experience working in pretty much every sector you can think of, from retail through to healthcare and financials. With a range of clients from smaller startups to larger more established organisations.
As well as creating experiences that users enjoy using, I also love reading about technology; some would call me an Apple ‘fanboy’. I enjoy reading about privacy and how technology is advancing to understand how my future designs will be affected. Lastly, I have the cutest Rottweiler in the world (verified by me 😄), he’s called Ceazer.

No two projects are the same; as such, it’s important to tailor my approach based on the projects I’m undertaking. I alter the tools I use and the steps I take depending on research, budget and time, ensuring that I complete projects on time to a high standard.
Below are the basic phases that are commonly included in my projects. The constant amongst them is research, which I conduct on every project I work on.
I believe good design is a process
I design and prototype
I test and iterate
Defining comprehensive requirements backed by research is absolutely key for every project I undertake
I progressively design in higher fidelity, starting with a paper sketch through to hi-fi using design software
Ensuring I conduct comprehensive usability tests with end users is paramount to a successful design
Using data from testing I iteratively improve my design, continually testing and adjusting to user feedback
When I’m happy with the direction of the design and results from user testing, I green-light progression to build
